Marvelous Games announced two new entries in the Story of Seasons franchise during their Marvelous Game Showcase 2023 stream.
The first is the next traditional single player title in the series.
Here’s what Story of Seasons series manager Hikaru Nakano says about it:
“What we just saw is the newest installment in that beloved series. Fans can look forward to the joy of taking care of animals, growing crops, and sharing the fruits of your labor with your neighbors, all while living a wholesome life that warms the heart.”
“… We’re preserving all the cherished elements of the series while creating an entertaining farming experience that will reach more players than ever before.”
He also noted how the team has put a lot of effort into the visual presentation and that “we’re going to deliver an adventure that will really amaze our players.”

They also announced a Story of Seasons title that you can “play with everyone” that is described as being a bold new direction for the series.
“We’ve heard our fans loud and clear, and they want to play Story of Seasons together with all their friends… look forward to hearing more!”

Of course, release dates and platforms were not announced.
Meanwhile, Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life remake is releasing on June 27th for Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
