WWE Will Launch NXT Europe in 2023

WWE NXT UK

WWE has announced that it will be launching NXT Europe in 2023.

The company launched NXT UK in 2016. Since then, several current main roster talent have come through the NXT UK brand including Gunter, Rhea Ripley, Doudrop and Butch.

NXT Europe will be rebranding of NXT UK, reimagining the brand with a “Pan European” focus.

As part of this, NXT and NXT UK will once again do battle when WWE presents Worlds Collide on Sunday, September 4th at 3pm CT on Peacock and WWE Network.

This week’s episode of NXT saw UK stars Gallus, Blair Davenport, and Tyler Bate arrive.

As part of the reimagining, several NXT UK stars were released today:

Amale, Mark Andrews, Dave Mastiff, Millie McKenzie, Ashton Smith, Jack Starz, Flash Morgan Webster and Wild Boar.

More releases could be coming.

It was also revealed in the official press release that Shawn Michaels, the guy booking NXT, is now WWE’s Vice President of Talent Development Creative.
