No further details have been given about what to expect from this celebration stream.
We know that Ubisoft is working on Assassin’s Creed Infinity, the big GAAS title taht spans multiple historical settings and will contain frequent updates like other live service games (Destiny, GTA Online, etc).
Ubisoft also has a more traditional Assassin’s Creed experience in the works in the form of the Valhalla prequel Rift starring the Assassin Basim Ibn ishaq that takes place in Baghdad, Iraq.
Smith’s Sentiment: Excited for this, even though we don’t know what to expect. Origins did just get the 60fps patch, which I’m sure will be mentioned. It’s possible we get another Crossover story revealed, perhaps between Origins and Odyssey. I don’t expect much on Infinity, but if Rift is coming this year, then I’m sure we’ll see plenty of it soon. We’ll find out tomorrow!
