Ubisoft+ Is Coming to PlayStation

Ubisoft Plus

Ubisoft is brings its Ubisoft+ subscription service to PlayStation.

The service will first become available on PlayStation in June with Ubisoft+ Classics which is bundled with PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers. This version of the service features a “curated selection of popular titles” and will include 27 games at launch. Some of those are Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, The Division, For Honor, and The Crew 2.

By the end of the year, Ubisoft says more than 50 games will be part of the Ubisoft+ Classics offering, and that more games are planned to be added beyond that.

That’s just no extra cost to PS Plus Extra and Premium members though.

The full Ubisoft+ is coming to PlayStation (and Xbox) and will include more than 100 games, including day one releases and premium editions of some games. However, there is no date attached to when the full, standalone Ubisoft+ subscription will be made available on either platform.

Smith’s Sentiment: I’m down for Ubisoft+ on PlayStation. Assassin’s Creed is my favorite franchise, plus I typically dig most of Ubisoft’s big offerings, so I’m a big fan of it coming to PlayStation. The + Classics being bundled with PlayStation Plus is good, but I’m more excited for the full service for the day one new releases.
